Jas van Truus Gelsing (29-02-1920 – 21-03-2017), overlevende van concentratiekamp Ravensbrück en Dachau . Truus werkte bij de bonnendistributie van de Gemeente Elst. Daar raakte ze al snel betrokken bij het verzet. Ze vervalste gegevens en gaf bonnen door aan onderduikers. Eind 1943 werd Truus, na weken van verhoren, gearresteerd en afgevoerd naar kamp Vught. Acht maanden later werd ze verplaatst, eerst naar concentratiekamp Ravensbrück, daarna naar Dachau. Aan het einde van de oorlog in april 1945 werd Truus tijdens een dodenmars gered door het Amerikaanse leger en begon haar reis terug naar huis. lange groen/bruine jas met op de rug een wit Andreas Kruis genaaid, wollen jas met 2 opgestikte zakken, op de linkermouw een rode driehoek met de letter N, en een strip met het kampnummer 123272 Gefotografeerd in de collectie van het Vrijheidsmuseum , objectnummer 3.2.350
