Luxembourg City, building of Banque et caisse d'épargne de l'Etat, avenue de la Liberté and place de Metz. The plaque at the right commemorates the first meeting of the Haute autorité of the European Coal and Steel Community in 1952. The plaque at the left commemorates the presence of the General Omar N. Bradley of the US Army in Luxembourg in 1944 when the City was liberated.
