Dedicated to the liberation of the Netherlands and the role of the American **82nd Airborne Division** during Operation Market Garden and the subsequent fighting in the Nijmegen area in 1944–1945. The museum focuses on the human stories of soldiers and civilians on both sides of the conflict.
